- If the salary is between 0-$50,000 the guarantee period is 30 days
- If the salary is between 50,001-$100,000 the guarantee period is 60 days
- If the salary is over $100,000 the guarantee period is 90 days

- We payroll the employee for you; it doesn’t matter if they are part time or full time.
- Fee structure is significantly less than conventional staffing agencies charge, it varies depending on the industry.
- We provide worker’s compensation, all mandatory tax burdens (FUTA, SUTA, unemployment tax, FICA, etc.) and paychecks in the form of direct deposit, paycards, or paychecks.

Temp to Direct Hire
- We payroll the temp for 520 hours for most categories and then convert the temp to a direct hire for no additional fee.
- For high level professionals: we payroll the person for 800 hours, after which we charge 3% of the employee’s annual salary as a conversion fee when you hire the candidate direct.

- Hybrid hires are for full time employees that can either be paid with a salary or an hourly rate. Monikl becomes the employer of record, giving you all the benefits of a Temp by pay-rolling the employee for you without the downside of having a short term contract.
