It’s free to join. It’s free to post your job openings. It’s free to see and interview candidate matches. In a nutshell, Monikl is the simplest, most efficient way to find and hire the best people. Our proprietary algorithms match you only to candidates that are the best match for your company culture as well as for the job. Our process is fast and provides a better placement than traditional hiring.
Monikl is strictly success based. You only pay us a fee if you successfully find a hire on Monikl.
For Direct Hires: we charge a flat 7.5% of the hire’s first-year base salary with a 30-day replacement guarantee.
For Temp, Seasonal, Contract, and Gig Placements: we payroll the employee for you. It doesn’t matter if they are part time or full time. Our fee structure is approximately 50% LESS than a conventional staffing company would charge.
- We provide worker’s compensation, all mandatory tax burdens (Futa, Suta, unemployment tax, FICA, etc.) and paychecks to the temps via direct deposit, pay cards, or paychecks. We are also compliant with the Affordable Care Act (ACA aka “ObamaCare”). For more information on how this works, please read our Terms and Conditions or Employer Pricing Page.
- We payroll the temp for 520 hours for most categories of employment, after which you may convert the temp to a direct hire for no additional fee.
- For high-level professional, healthcare, IT, engineering, and telecom temp-to-direct hires: we payroll the person for 800 hours plus a 3% of the base annual salary as a conversion fee.
The temporary, contractor, gig or seasonal employee enters their hours weekly into the Monikl time card provided to the employee after they are hired. They can do this on their cellphone or computer. The time card is then sent to the supervisor, noted by the company, for approval. When the hours are confirmed, a paycheck is automatically generated and an invoice is sent to the company for the employee(s) hours.
If you are authorized to hire for your company, simply create a company profile, select the position(s) you are looking to fill, and answer some easy questions by swiping right and left. Then watch as the matches flow in.
We place all types of candidates, from entry-level job seekers to C-level executives. We’ll be expanding into a variety of industries and job categories in the future. We hope to ultimately be the go-to site for everyone seeking a job or new hire.

There is a button in the Chat Box that says, “I Hired This Person.” This notifies Monikl to take the next step, help you with onboarding, and set the candidate up on our payroll/bill your firm for a direct hire.
Yes. Once you are in the interview stage, you can click the interview button and communicate outside of Monikl to conduct your in-person interviews.
Currently, Monikl is available in the Greater Tampa Bay area. We plan to expand to the rest of the United States.
